We do not proceed with any local expenses unless you have agreed in writing (email, message, or in-app approval).

If you cancel a request before we start work, we will refund your service fee.
If work has already begun or has been completed, partial or no refunds may apply depending on the time and effort already used.
Refunds for local costs (not service fees) are subject to the terms of the local provider involved (e.g., hospital, school, contractor).
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Bayani Care website and app, including logos, text, and designs, belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.
